We served 6,523 individuals in 2013.. These numbers represent 3,651 households in Pine County. A total of 338,670 pounds of food was distributed at no charge to our clients. On average, 45 volunteers contribute on our efforts on a weekly basis.

Pine Community Food Shelf/  hours:

Monday 10am – 4pm, Wednesday 10am – 4pm

Thursday 11am – 7pm, Friday 10am-2pm.

Closed legal holidays.

Starting 1st Wed in March 2012  food commodities will be distributed between 4:30-5:30 PM.

MAC and NAPS, to enroll call 1-888-339-3663, ext. 7924, no cost, distributed 1 time monthly, Federal Food Program for children 5- 6 years old, 6 month postpartum/non breast feeding women and seniors 60 years and older,  income based,   pick up at the Pine Community Food Shelf or       Hinckley Senior Center (1st Tuesday of month)

 

WIC, 320-591-1596 and 320-245-8724, Pine County Dept. of Human Service, children/birth to 5 yrs., pregnant and postpartum women, income based.

 

Fare for All, Trinity Lutheran Church, 38460 Lincoln Trail, on same street as the North Branch schools,  no need to pre-register, bring a container, 3rd  Wed. 2-4pm, various packages to purchase, just stop in,
